How to Place an Order Online

After reading detailed information about the product you want to purchase, please click on ADD TO CART and follow the step by step instructions. You also need to specify quantity and delivery area. If you wish to continue shopping, return to the Categories section. When you fill in the Secure Order Form, which needs to be completed in full, please make sure that you enter the information accurately, particularly phone number and / or email address in case we need to contact you in relation to your order. You will receive an online confirmation of your order.


We accept payment by PayPal (you don’t need to have an account with PayPal and you can use your credit card), cheque or you may also deposit the funds directly into our bank account (please request our bank details by e-mail). If you are paying by any of these methods we DO NOT dispatch the goods until payment has been received and funds cleared by our bank.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Tax will be removed for overseas orders.

Processing Your Order

Orders are usually processed and sent within 10 business days. If an item has been sold out or has been discontinued, we'll notify you immediately. Please note that suppliers occasionally run out of stock. We will notify you within 7 days if we have trouble obtaining this title. Credit Cards will not be charged until the goods are ready to ship. Overseas freight charges will be confirmed before your order is processed.

Shipping & Handling Charges

We offer FREE postage and handling for all orders that are delivered in Australia.
For deliveries outside Australia please request a shipping quote. Overseas customers please note that after you place an order, we'll notify you of shipping charges as soon as possible and your credit card won't be charged until you have confirmed the shipping cost.

Credit Card Security

Educational Esteem maintains highly regulated security policies and procedures to all sensitive information transmitted externally or internally. Educational Esteem uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer), a secure server to encrypt your transaction. We also take security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and/or alteration of your information once it is in our hands. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we are committed to protecting your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.
If we have any reason to believe that a credit card is being used in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner, we will not enter into that transaction. We will also take all necessary steps to ensure that Educational Esteem does not enter into any transactions with anyone who wishes to use a credit card in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner.

Refunds and Returns

Educational Esteem will refund or exchange the purchase price of any goods within 14 days of purchase. The goods should be unopened and still in their original condition. Customers are required to enclose their original receipt with the goods to be returned. Customers are also responsible for all postage costs. Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for your return and refund request to be processed.
Educational Esteem will not accept the return of goods on the following grounds:
• Artists’ accents,  music style or pace.
• Products’ country of origin  
• ‘Change of mind’
To avoid disappointment, customers are encouraged to research the products extensively or seek assistance from Educational Esteem prior to the purchase. We aim to provide all relevant information about our products on the website for customers to make an informed choice. If you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We will return postage and handling costs if the return is the result of our error.
Educational Esteem will refund or exchange faulty goods. Prior to returning faulty goods, please notify Educational Esteem of the problem with the purchased item(s).
If a refund occurs, customers are welcome to negotiate the method of payment for the refund.

Delivery times vary from State to State but usually all parcels are delivered within ten (10) working days. We use the services of Australia Post. If you require express delivery, please leave a note in the comment box when finalising your order and we will provide you with a quote. Standard international delivery can take up to twenty working days.

Loss/Damage in Transit

Educational Esteem is not liable for goods lost in transit. Educational Esteem will also not be held responsible for any loss or damage to dispatched goods caused by any kind of event or person. Customers are liable for all charges and costs for providing incorrect or insufficient postal addresses.
