Move and Groove Activity Guide book has been written to correspond with the songs on the Jingle Jam Move and Groove CD.
The Move and Groove songs have been written specifically written so that children can move their body in many different ways. Children will stretch, bend, twist, slide, jump, hop, walk, leap, gallop and run. Children will also move like different characters or animals including pirates, mermaids, fairies, giants, penguins, kangaroos and gorillas.
By performing the Move and Groove songs and learning activities children will develop their body awareness, coordination and fitness. They will also develop their musical understanding by learning about musical concepts such as low, loud, quiet, fast, slow, long, short, sounds and silence.
