Jump Aerobics (Ages 9 and up) by Kimbo Educational
Jump Aerobics combines dance, aerobics, exercise, and rope jumping in time with music. It is a unique and enjoyable way for students of all ages to develop and maintain a quality physical fitness program. Students participate in choreographed routines which are adapted to their level of skill and endurance. They learn kicks and turns, single and double foot jumps, dance steps and criss-crosses - all while turning a rope.
