Play School is turning 40 this year, and to celebrate ABC DVD is putting two of your very favourite Play School adventures together on the one DVD for the very first time!  All of your favourite hosts are here, including Trisha Goddard, Simon Burke, Benita Collings and Noni Hazlehurst! Play School is Australia's most successful regular television program for pre-school children. Play School aims to encourage a child to wonder, to think, to feel and to imagine. The program shows warm, caring people taking the time to be with one child. They address the child directly and personally and into this relationship are woven the stories, songs and activities that form the fabric of Australian children's culture.

On the Move, supported by the Federal Office of Road Safety, has all the magical Play School ingredients – songs, stories, craft and fun. Songs include many from the CD ‘Play School in the Car’ such as Six Little Ducks (with animation), Have You Ever Noticed Your Nose?, Animal Ride, Buckle Up, Driving Along, Carobics, How Much Further? and Traffic Lights.
The Road Show - In this classic program, five favourite Play School presenters sing songs, tell stories and play games about cars, buses and bikes – and about how to be safe on the road. Whether it's simply crossing the road, riding a bike or taking the dog for a walk, the Play School presenters have a fun way to show us how to do it safely. Songs include: The Wheels on the Bus, Let’s Go Walking, Take You Riding and Zoom.
